DALLAS — A woman is dead after doing the crate challenge, according to bystander video and users on social media.
The incident unfolded at John West & LaPrada in Dallas, online users said.

Police say the woman did not die and was only injured following the crate challenge.
Police say they responded at the 8300 block of La Prada Drive at about 11pm Monday.
Police say an injured person was found at the location and an injured person report was filed.
