UKRAINE — Shocking new video shows a Russian tank running over a car with a civilian inside in Ukraine.
The footage appears to show the Russian tank deliberately target the civilian vehicle.
Another video showed an elderly man being rescued from the flattened car moments later, with the victim appearing to be alert.
The extent of the man’s injuries are unknown.
