ILLINOIS — New video released shows the moment a 69-year-old man was brutally beaten and robbed in Uptown Chicago.
The attack took place shortly after 9pm on December 26 in the 4900 block of Kenmore.
Footage shows two male suspects kicking the man to the ground and repeatedly stomping on his head before running through the victim’s pockets.
Police in Chicago say the offenders got away with some of the man’s belongings — who refused medical attention.
Wether the man was targeted or the victim of a random robbery is unclear at this time.
