OXFORD, Ohio — At least 1 person was injured following a fight outside Brick Street bar in Oxford Saturday night.
Video of the incident shows two shirtless young men scrapping with two others in the street in front of Brick Street bar. The video also shows a large crowd lined up on the sidewalk at the time.
One of the fights then took a brutal turn after one of the shirtless men slammed another young man to the ground. He fell face down, was punched in the head, and placed in a chokehold for at least 10 seconds.
The victim was again thrown to the ground. This time, his head hit the concrete.
“Call a squad. See if you can get an ETA. This guy was head slammed into the concrete. He’s bleeding pretty good,” an officer said.
The victim appears to be knocked unconscious.
The video ends as several people rush over to help the young man.
No arrests have been made so far, but detectives are actively working on the case, according to Oxford police.
The victim was rushed to the hospital just after 11:45 p.m. where his condition remains unclear at this time.
