CANADA: Police release video of Toronto pub mass shooting that injured 12 people

CANADA – Police released security footage Wednesday showing a snippet of the mass shooting at Piper Arms Pub in Scarborough, Toronto, during its grand opening.

On March 7, 2025, three masked gunmen, armed with an assault rifle and handguns, stormed the crowded venue and opened fire, injuring 12 people. 

Victims included an off-duty Toronto Transit Commission bus driver who was shot six times, as well as several others hurt by gunfire and shattered glass.

Following a large-scale investigation, Toronto police arrested 10 men connected to the attack and related violent events across the city.

Over 200 charges have been filed, including 24 counts of attempted murder.

Authorities are still searching for an 11th suspect.
