Delivery worker beaten and robbed in Inwood

Police in New York are looking for 4 suspects who they say beat up and robbed a delivery worker in Inwood Sunday.

It happened at around 8:45pm in the lobby of a building on Cooper Street near West 204th Street, the NYPD said.

Surveillance video of the attack shows the 50-year-old worker standing in the vestibule with his delivery. Four men then enter the building and immediately begin assaulting him. The footage shows the group punching and kicking the victim before dragging him to the ground.

Police say the group stole about $200 in cash from the delivery worker’s front pocket before fleeing from the scene on foot. The victim did not report any serious injuries from the attack.
