NEW YORK — Disturbing new video shows two brothers beating and stomping on a man’s head in Yonkers, all while a nearby female cop basically stood by and watched.
The men seen in the footage were part of a group of several men who were involved in a fight at a local bar that spilled outside.
Brothers Jonathan Teelin, 26, of Mount Kisco and Feelix Teelin, of Hastings-on-Hudson, were arrested and charged with felony assault.
The victim suffered non-life threatening and is expected to recover.
