MIAMI, Fla. — Video shows a massive fight breaking out on the Carnival Sunshine around 2 a.m. Monday as the ship was returning to Miami.
The melee involved about two dozen people near a food line, with passengers throwing punches, slamming each other to the floor, and shouting while security scrambled to break it up. At one point, an officer appeared to retreat while calling for backup.
Witnesses said the fight started over chicken tenders, though the exact cause remains unclear.
The ship had sailed from Miami to the Bahamas before returning to Florida on Monday.
