Drunk man crushed to death after falling under wheels of truck in Nicaragua

A drunk man is dead after he was crushed by a truck in Nicaragua.

“Dantesque was the scene that was seen at the entrance to the Hugo Chávez neighborhood, in Managua, as the body of a person ended up broken into two pieces after being brutally run over by a truck that was traveling through this area of the North Highway. The tragic event took place this Sunday night; and left the road stained with blood and remains of the unfortunate man’s body.

Alejandro Ezequiel García was the name of the man, about 40 years old; that he lost his life after falling onto the road and being destroyed by the heavy tires of a truck. According to preliminary information, the man was drinking liquor in a bar in this area in the company of some friends; with whom he met after leaving work around five in the afternoon.

One of the security cameras recorded how the tragedy unfolded when García, in a completely intoxicated state ; He left the place where he was. His alcoholic state was such that a drinking buddy had to help him down; because he could not maintain control of his body.

The deceased, apparently, insisted so much on his friend to leave him alone that, in the end, when he began his march to go home; He did not take even three steps, because he fell to the road and was hit by the vehicle that was traveling in his direction.

They claimed at the scene that an explosion was heard when his head burst and he was dragged for at least ten meters until the header, which was traveling at low speed, stopped; Otherwise, the scene could have been worse.

The driver of the heavy vehicle, who was immediately detained; He assured the police authorities that at no time did he see the man and he did not expect that to happen. He only felt the blow and, looking in the rearview mirror, he saw how he was dragging this man, stopping immediately.
