Frontier Airlines passenger arrested after refusing to comply with exit row instructions

A Frontier Airlines passenger forced an entire flight to deboard after she refused to comply with exit row instructions. 

Video of the incident posted to TikTok by Travel with Tia shows the unidentified woman visibly angry with airline employees as fellow passengers pleaded with her to get off the plane. 

The woman continued to insist that she wouldn’t leave and was eventually escorted off by police officers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina. 

As she was removed, all passengers on board had deplaned while she was taken away in a police car. 

For passengers seated in an exit row, the FAA requires that they read instructions and verbally comply with the physical duties of assisting others in case of an emergency. 

It is unclear exactly when this took place but video of the incident was posted on May 9.
