ATLANTA — A gunman accused of shooting five people at a medical facility in Midtown, and killing one of them, has been taken into custody after an hours-long manhunt.
According to police, 24-year-old Deion Patterson opened fire in the waiting room of a Northside Hospital medical office Wednesday around noon, killing one woman and wounding four others.
Three of the victims remain in critical condition.
