A hotel manager in Tennessee was arrested after he snuck in a guest’s room and sucked on his toes.
52-year-old David Neal, a manager at the Hilton Hotel on 4th Avenue South in Nashville, reportedly crept into a male guest’s room while he was sleeping on March 30 and began sexually assaulting his feet.
