Illinois man goes on rampage, gets run over by golf cart

A man in the Moline, Illinois, area went berserk for unknown reasons and started going through a neighborhood, throwing paving stones through windows of homes along the Rock River and destroying everything in his path until stopped by a homeowner and a golf cart.
