Man arrested for carrying gun, knives near West Chester “No Kings” rally

West Chester Borough police have arrested 31-year-old Kevin Krebs, who was found carrying a handgun, knives, and tactical gear near the “No Kings” protest on Saturday, June 14.

Police pulled Krebs during a pedestrian stop on North High Street, where he was seen wearing a yellow raincoat packed with a Sig Sauer P320 handgun, extra magazines, knives, a bayonet-style M9 knife, spray can, pocket knife, ski mask, and gloves. Authorities say his SUV, parked nearby, contained an assault-style rifle and helmet.

Krebs did not possess a concealed carry permit and could not produce one during the stop. He was arrested and charged with illegal firearm possession. No weapons were discharged, and no injuries occurred during the incident.

The Chester County district attorney’s office and FBI are assisting in the investigation, which remains active.
