A 33-year-old man is dead after he was shot in the neck in North Philadelphia, according to new video and reports.
The shooting took place near the corner of Cumberland and Cleveland streets shortly before 9:00am Saturday morning, according to police.
When officers responded to the scene, they found the 33-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck.
Police rushed him to Temple University Hospital where succumbed to his injuries. He was later identified as Edward Harlem.
A motive is unclear at this time. No arrests have been made so far.
