BOLIVIA — New surveillance video shows the moment a man was brutally beaten and pummeled with a rock in Bolivia.
The incident took place on October 29 in La Paz, according to local reports.
Footage shows two men brutally beat a third on an outdoor staircase called “the steps of death” in Bolivia, known for its numerous assaults and rapes that often take place.
One of the suspects then takes a stone and begins bashing the man on the head, who can be seen bleeding profusely on the floor following the attack, the footage shows.
The victim suffered blunt force trauma to the head as well as a broken nose.
A motive for the attack is unclear. Both suspects remain at large.
