New video shows the moment a man was gored by a bull during an Easter Sunday bull-run in Spain.
The incident took place as locals celebrated the Running of the Bulls in Spain’s Arcos de la Frontera (Toro del Aleluya de Arcos) on Easter Sunday.
In the footage, a man can be seen stumbling on the ground during the bull-run, before he is then gored by a bull against a gate.
The man suffered several broken ribs and other injuries.
A running of the bulls is an event that involves running in front of a small group of bulls that have been let loose on sectioned-off streets in a town.
The Running of the Bulls also takes place every July 7th-14th in Pamplona, Spain.
Six Spanish fighting bulls, along with 6 steers run from the Corrales de Santo Domingo to Pamplona’s Plaza de Toros. Over a million spectators reportedly gather each year to watch thousands of runners over the 8 day span of the San Fermín Festival.
