NEW YORK — A 33-year-old man was jumped and beaten unconscious by a group of suspects in Brooklyn, with one of the culprits even bashing the man with a chair, video released by the NYPD shows.
The attack took place at around 4:20am on December 11 outside 1910 Coney Island Avenue, according to police.
Video first shows the group chasing the victim before one of the suspects shoves the man to the ground.
The offenders then take turns punching, kicking and stomping the man — with one of the suspects bashing the victim with a chair, the footage shows.
Police said the suspects snatched some of the man’s belongings before fleeing.
The victim suffered cuts to his head and face and was taken to Coney Island Hospital for treatment.
