Man ran over and dragged by car near Salinas High School

CALIFORNIA — A man was ran over and then dragged by a car in front of Salinas High School on Monday, according to new video and reports.

Authorities said the hit-and-run followed a fight that broke out between two men in a Subway parking lot on South Main Street around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, during the students’ lunch break.

The victim is in stable condition.

Salinas Police said the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made. They’re still searching for the attacker and the getaway driver.
