A man was seriously injured during a confrontation in Dominican Republic.
“PERIQUITO, AZUA, RD.- Several people were injured in a fight between Haitian nationals, in an incident that occurred on Sunday afternoon in the community of Periquito belonging to the municipality of Guayabal in this province of Azua, where several of them suffered serious cuts in different parts of their bodies.
According to a reliable source, the conflict arose from a debt that one of them had with his aggressor, which led to an argument that ended in tragedy, where three of them were seriously injured, including one with a machete blow where the brain mass can be seen.
Residents of the community are demanding that immigration authorities carry out an operation as soon as possible to stop the detention and deportation of those who are here illegally.
