CHICAGO — One person was wounded in a shooting after a fight broke out at Chicago O’Hare International Airport Wednesday morning, according to police.
Chicago police said the shooting took place around 12:54 a.m. outside Terminal 2 when several people got into a fight, someone pulled out a gun and a 25-year-old man was hit twice in the lower body.
The victim was transported to Lutheran General Hospital where he was reported to be in stable condition.
A potential suspect in the shooting was being interviewed by detectives, but a possible motive was not disclosed.
