PHILADELPHIA — A man was shot dead inside a North Philadelphia restaurant, surveillance video shows.
It happened at 16th and Cumberland Streets at around 10pm on July 10.
The shooter remains on the loose.
A motive behind the targeted attack has yet to be determined.
