Man throws kitten from ninth floor, kicks dog inside elevator in Russia

Man beats a dog in an elevator and threw a kitten out of a ninth-floor window in Solnechny, Russia.

According to the author of the post, the man lives in a house with a woman, a dog and a cat.

At first, neighbors saw a small cat fly out of the couple’s window. The animal miraculously survived. And on July 21, a month after the first incident, the man beat the dog in the elevator, right under the surveillance cameras.

The police press service reported that a complaint against the man had indeed been filed. The district police officers are looking for him, questioning neighbors and witnesses of the incident.
