MS woman wanted after vehicle crashes into home; accused of fleeing hospital

Senatobia Police are searching for a woman accused of crashing a vehicle into a home and fleeing a local hospital before she could be questioned.

According to the Senatobia Police Department, officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a crash near a home on East Gilmore Street at 5:23 p.m. on Tuesday.

Senatobia Police say officers on the scene saw a woman identified as Tywanna Webb being assaulted by two men. The men have been identified as Greg and Willie Curry.

According to police, Webb got back into her vehicle, but she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the home. Senatobia Police say the crash caused “substantial damage” to the vehicle and the home.

Webb was reportedly taken to Highland Hills Hospital. Senatobia Police say one of the officers on the scene parked his patrol car behind Webb’s vehicle to stop it from moving.

According to police, officers went to Highland Hills Hospital to interview Webb about the incident. Police say that when the ambulance made it to the hospital, Webb ran away from the hospital and left the area.

Senatobia Police say officers could not find Webb. Greg and Willie Curry were arrested and charged with simple assault.

Senatobia Police say that in addition to warrants about this incident, Webb also has other active warrants through “several law enforcement agencies.”

Anyone with information on Webb’s whereabouts is asked to call the Senatobia Police Department.
