Video shows the moment representative and president of the Municipal Council of San Miguelito, César Caballero, was shot to death by gunmen in Panama.
“The representative of the town of Belisario Porras, César Caballero, was murdered this Tuesday. Caballero was the current president of the San Miguelito Municipal Council.
It turned out that the incident occurred in the Casa Real urbanization, in Villa Zaita.
Preliminary information indicates that Caballero was traveling in a car when he was attacked by his attackers, who shot at the car at least 10 times.
A surveillance camera recorded the event, in which two hitmen can be seen shooting him, while another waits for them in a sedan.
Caballero was taken to the emergency room of the Generoso Guardia polyclinic, where he was pronounced dead. A large number of people came to the place after learning of the incident.”
