The video has gone viral on social media.
The rider says he was on his new bike and stalled out.
The video shows a white truck speeding around him and he expected the officer who happened to be nearby to help.
“The officer rolled down his window and asked what happened,” the rider said. “I was trying to explain to him what happened and I got upset and then he flipped me off and drove way.” — KOKH reported.
The police department said they are looking into the video.
