Video shows a one of a senior officers of the Assad regime, Brigadier General Muhammad Khalouf executed by a new Syrian government forces.

“Brigadier General Muhammad Khalouf, one of the senior officers of the Assad regime, tried to leave in civilian clothes and met with Syrian government forces.

He believed that they were loyal to Assad, and the result was immediate field execution.”
