RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) is asking the public for help in identifying two suspects believed to be involved in an assault.
Deputies said the assault happened on Sunday, March 16 at the Concept Restaurant on Hardscrabble Road.
The two suspects were caught on security cameras, and deputies released the footage in an effort to identify them.
RCSD said one of the suspects was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and red Jordans while the other was wearing all black.
