ATLANTA — Atlanta police are searching for a woman who was caught on her neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera beating a small dog.
Police say it happened at the apartment complex at 3378 Greenbriar Pkwy SW on December 17, 2021.
The video shows a woman approaching a dog and shouting before taking off her shoe and repeatedly hitting the dog with it.
The woman could be the owner of the dog, Austin Police said. Officials met with staff at the apartment complex, but employees were not able to identify the woman, according to police.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that could assist investigators.
