A shooting in the Arujazinho condominium, located on Avenida Guerra Junqueiro in Itaquaquecetuba, ended with a 48-year-old man arrested in the act. The action took place on Wednesday night (26).
According to the Secretary of Public Security (SSP), the man was working as a security guard when he had an “outbreak” and fired shots at a co-worker and a motorcycle courier. The suspect was detained by a third guard who fired shots at the first in order to immobilize him.
The incident was attended to by the Military Police. Those injured in the shooting were taken to regional hospitals and the suspect was hospitalized under police escort.
In addition, an examination was requested of the location and also of the weapons used by the security guards. The case was registered by the Itaquaquecetuba Police Station as an attempted homicide.
