Grisly video shows a store security guard fatally shooting an elderly man in Pakistan.
“Incident of sudden firing by the security guard on the day of Eid, the CCTV footage of the deceased Bashir Laghari has taken a new direction.
In the CCTV footage it seems that the guard fired by straightening the repeater, while the guard says that he did not fire intentionally, he was straightening the gun when it suddenly fired.
The investigation is ongoing.
According to the details, on the day of Eid, a man named Bashir Ahmad Laghari died on the spot after being seriously injured due to the sudden firing of the gun of the guard Qasim Hussain Laghari of a private company in the limits of Gadai police station.
While in the CCTV footage, it seems that the security guard Qasim saw the motorcyclist coming towards him and straightened his pistol and shot him. As a result of the bullet, the motorcyclist Bashir Leghari fell from the motorcycle and died on the spot after being seriously injured.
In the FIR registered by the police, Adil Hussain, the grandson of the deceased, said that he was going home with his grandfather, when he reached near the Patafi Center, his grandfather Bashir Ahmed Sadqani saw the guard Qasim Hussain Laghari and went to meet him.
Due to old personal grudge, he killed grandfather Bashir with a fire marker after seeing him coming towards him.
Police station Gadai has registered a case number 493/24 under section 302 on the complaint of the victim’s grandson Adil Hussain and started further investigation.
Guard Qasim Hussain Laghari says that he did not fire deliberately, he was aiming the gun when it suddenly fired, which hit Bashir Ahmed.”
