Soccer fan loses fingers after firework explodes in his hand in the Netherlands

Grisly videos show the moment a soccer fan lost his fingers after a firework exploded in his hand in the Netherlands.

“Things went terribly wrong in the fan zone at the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven during the PSV Eindhoven championship party. A supporter was seriously injured and had to be taken to hospital.

The supporter in question may have confused a torch with a heavy fireworks arrow. Whereupon those fireworks exploded in his hands. The man is said to have lost several fingers due to the problem, although this has not yet been confirmed.

Other sources claim that he even lost part of his hand. According to witnesses, a Cobra exploded in his hand. In our city, and also in the Netherlands, these fireworks arrows are illegal because they are dangerous.”
