A student is dead after falling head first on the ground while trying to bully a classmate in Brazil.

A disturbing video appeared of a tragic sequence of events in the community of Tejuco, in Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, on October 31.

The images show a teenager trying to bully a classmate as he was leaving school, but what seemed like a common case of bullying quickly evolved into a tragic situation.

In the video, the bully, who is visibly taller, provokes and pushes the smaller classmate, under the watchful eyes of other students. However, the victim of the bullying fights back, defending himself. In the midst of the confrontation, he blocks a kick and knocks the bully to the ground. The fall was fatal: the young man hits his head hard on the ground, going into convulsions while witnesses watch in shock.

The teenager was rescued and taken to João XXIII Hospital, but did not survive his injuries and died due to the impact. The young man, who was only 14 years old, was laid to rest on Friday (11/01).”
