ILLINOIS — Newly released security camera video shows the moment three suspects opened fire on a Rockford home, killing a 28-year-old man inside.

Police responded to the home on Jonathan Avenue at around 5:30pm Tuesday.

Footage shows the three suspects approach the residence and open fire on the occupants inside as soon as they open the door.

The victim, Louie Lee, was struck by the gunfire and was taken to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.
