Two men were killed and a woman injured following a traffic accident in Dominican Republic.
“Jeep hits three people in Sabaneta de Yásica, leaving two dead and a young woman injured.
The woman who was driving the vehicle that hit the victims is in custody due to the incident.
The people who died after being hit by a Jeep on Sunday afternoon on the Palo Amarillo highway in Sabaneta de Yásica, Puerto Plata, were identified as Freddy Arias, from La Catalina, and Trabero el Cojo.
According to the video from a security camera, a white Jeep went off its lane, hitting a moving motorcycle and then running over two more people who were on the sidewalk.
The third person who was hit was identified as Raysa, who is receiving medical attention.
Mrs. Milagros Balbuena Santana, from Moca, the person who was driving the Jeep at the time of hitting the three people, is in custody due to the incident. Two of the victims died instantly.”
