Two men suspected of stealing dogs were owed down by the driver of an SUV in Vietnam, according to new video and reports.
“Two young men suspected of stealing dogs were chased by a car.
The incident happened at about 6:50 a.m. on October 18, on a road in Tan Thoi Nhat ward, District 12 (HCMC)
According to images from the camera, two young men riding an Exiciter motorbike holding a dog stopped in front of a house.
At this time, the person sitting behind hugged the dog and put it in a large bag in front of the car. While struggling, a car suddenly rushed up from behind, hitting the rear of the motorbike, causing both of them to fall onto the street.
A young man wearing a striped shirt parked his car and tried to run away when he was hit again. The car aggressively pursued and approached, forcing both of them to abandon their motorbikes to escape.
At the end of the clip, the two young men split into two directions and ran away.
At the scene, dog bags and tools of the group of young men, including backpacks and nooses, were left behind.
The incident is currently being verified by Tan Thoi Nhat ward authorities.”
