Video shows Bronx jewelry store smash-and-grab robbery

BRONX, NY — Three men are wanted by the NYPD following a brazen smash-and-grab robbery at a jewelry store in the Bronx. The robbery was caught on video.

In the video, a sledgehammer-wielding thief can be seen smashing his way through the front window of the M&NP Jewelers store on White Plains Road in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx.

A second robber came to assist his friend, holding the gate up, the footage shows.

It happened at around 4pm Sunday.

The attack could be part of a larger robbery spree around the city committed by the same bandits, according to police.

They got away with $20,000 worth of merchandise in this case, including 10 gold chains and five gold pendants.

Investigators are seeking the public’s help to track down the suspects involved in this Bronx jewelry store robbery.
