Shocking new video shows dozens of people fighting in the streets of Baltimore’s Federall Hill neighborhood.
It happened Friday night around 1am in Federal Hill, which is known as one of Baltimore City County’s nicer areas.
Video of the fight captured stunned onlookers screaming and shouting as back to back haymakers are exchanged in the middle of the street.
