Video shows Loyola student choked by bouncer outside Baltimore bar

BALTIMORE — Video circulating on social media shows a Loyola University student being put in a chokehold by a bouncer in Federal Hill.

Baltimore Police confirmed they are aware of the footage, which appears to capture an assault outside a bar on East Cross Street. According to authorities, no official reports or 911 calls were made regarding the incident. Detectives have since opened an investigation.
