CORRYVILLE, Ohio – Video released shows two people shooting at each other in Corryville. One of them died from their injuries, the other is charged with murder.
Police were called to Short Vine Saturday night for the shooting.
They found 25-year-old Kyle Mirick suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries.
According to court documents, a 15-year-old is charged with aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery, and carrying a concealed weapon.
