Video shows a woman setting boyfriend on fire during an argument in Paraguay.
“After an argument, a person and his alleged partner caught fire after the former sprayed them with a flammable liquid.
The incident occurred last Tuesday in the San Vicente neighborhood of Asunción, in front of a commercial establishment, whose closed-circuit camera captured the incident.
The 14th Police Station in Asunción reported that no written complaint had been filed regarding the incident to date, so the identity of the two individuals remains unknown.”
