A woman reportedly tried poisoning her stepson before stabbing him to death after he returned from a long trip overseas in Nigeria.
“A Young man who recently returned from the oversea has been killed by his step mother in Osisioma, Abia state.
His step mother who was not happy with his achievement decided to end the life of the young man.
The young man who came back from the oversea from eventually poisoned by his step mother who thought the poisoning will take his life.
The young man did not die from the poison but the woman (step mother) decided to kill him directly.
The woman eventually resorted to stabbing the young man with a knife which she ended up doing and the young man losing his life in the process.
Realizing the young man is dead, the step mother decided to bury her step son in a shallow grave but the spirit of the dead man refused to rest, seeking for justice.
The spirit of the young man appeared to his friend and narrated all that happened but requested his friend to help locate his corpse.
The friend took some youths in the community to the house of the woman in an attempt to discover where his late colleague was buried.
On getting the woman’s house, another man belived to be the husband of the woman was seen with the man.
The woman and the man couldn’t give account of the young man’s whereabout but interrogations by the youths lead them to the backyard of woman’s house where they discovered the young man has been buried in a shallow grave.
The youth forced the woman and the other man to dig and evacuate the dead they had buried and made both to go naked while ensuring they carry the corpse of the young man around the town.”
