Yonkers man arrested for beating puppy caught on camera

A disturbing security video led to the arrest of a Yonkers man.

Police say Roger Andrews beat a puppy and another dog while walking them.

The dogs’ owners had entrusted Andrews with their care.

The dogs sustained minor injuries and are now in SPCA care.

Andrews faces animal cruelty charges.
